Return & Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your parcel has been delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@arlingtongrey.com to request a return.
- After reviewing your request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you can expect a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs and the purchase of a shipping label are the customer’s responsibility. There are no restocking fees or extra hidden costs.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is the wrong size, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale Items
Refunds are also eligible on sale items.
(Please note: this overrides any previous policy that excluded them.)
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the original and place a new order.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason — no justification required. Items must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
