We offer free shipping on all orders — both within the UK and internationally.

If you notice that you provided an incorrect address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the details before your order is shipped. Unfortunately, if the package has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address. In that case, the order may be returned to us, and we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping (additional shipping costs may apply).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your parcel has been delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your item falls outside this window, we’re unable to process a refund or exchange.
